My tutorial went really well, thank God!
Dr. Lawes was really understanding, and we had a good conversation about the works I had read.
I'm about to go see Juno at the Odeon theatre with some girls from the house. So many of my housemates are gone in Rome, or London, or elsewhere this weekend. I kind of wish I could get out, but it's not very practical. I have an essay due on Monday, which I'd really like to focus on and do very well. I'd also like to sleep in tomorrow. :)
As for travel, I have a bit of an itinerary worked out. At the end of eighth week, I might go to Iceland, or Northumbria and Scotland, or Wales. At Western Easter, I will be going to Paris and France, and after the whole shebang is over, I'll be in Portugal, Spain, then back to England for Holy Week and Pascha. Then back to America!

Glad it went well for you. I read your paper for Dr. Lawes class, the one on Donne's Holy Sonnets. I liked it so I went and read some of the Holy Sonnets and would agree with you that they appear to be a reflection of his personal experiences and not written as meditations. I actually liked Sonnet XIV: "Batter my heart, three-person'd God" It was a nice little paper.
Perhaps if you go to Scottland you can have Chinese food in Dunbar and go looking for "Gehhunds"

Speaking of Torrey Europe, at Liturgy on Sunday, Alister wore a BATMAN costume. It was SOOOOO hilarious!! He went up for communion and I couldn't stop laughing, especially because Andrew was laughing really hard. So funny. PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS!! I want to send you a letter.
